What I do

Hands-on therapy, backed by clinical tools.

Every session starts with sports massage. Where they will help, I integrate additional clinical modalities: dry needling, acupuncture, cupping, IASTM, and advanced taping.

Sports Massage

Hands-on soft-tissue therapy to reduce tension, improve tissue quality, and restore movement.

Dry Needling

Targeted needling for muscle tension, trigger points, and dysfunction. Short-term pain relief with function.

Western Medical Acupuncture

Clinical acupuncture for pain management, nervous-system support, and recovery.

Clinical Dry Cupping

Supports circulation, reduces muscle tightness, improves tissue mobility.

IASTM (RockBlades)

Instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilisation for restricted tissues and range of motion.

Advanced Kinesiology Taping

Taping to support movement, reduce load on irritated tissues, and provide feedback.
